Original Article on oathkeeper.org: Sheriff Mack and CSPOA: 225 Sheriffs Oppose Gun Ban
Editor’s Note: The list of County Sheriffs who are standing up for the Second Amendment now totals two hundred twenty-five brave defenders of the U.S. Constitution. Oath Keepers salutes Sheriff Mack for spearheading this drive. However, on January 31, 2013, I have removed one name from the list below, based on the quotations found in this article:
http://blog.al.com/montgomery/2013/01/montgomery_county_sheriff_shar.html
From that article:
“I am a strong supporter of a person’s right to keep and bear arms; however it is time to institute some stiffer laws concerning assault type weapons and semi-automatic handguns with extended load magazines,” Marshall wrote in his January newsletter posted on his website.
“These type weapons have one, and only one, purpose and that is to kill people and sometimes many people, he said. “A person can very easily defend themselves or their loved ones with a gun that holds fewer rounds. Today guns, be they assault type rifles or semiautomatic handguns, hold up to 100 rounds of ammunition. Even a novice shooter could empty a 100 round magazine in less than a minute. In my opinion these weapons are nothing more than weapons of mass destruction. I believe that it is time to pass another Federal Assault Weapons ban such as the one that expired in 2004. Limit the number of rounds a weapon can hold without reloading and at least make a mass murderer have to drop a magazine and put another one into his weapon. That one act alone may save untold lives and misery being caused today.”
Well, that is enough to cause me to remove the Sheriff’s name from the list below. If you read the Sheriff’s newsletter you’ll see yet more reasons why he is an imposter if he tries to claim that he is a Constitutional Sheriff who will honor his Oath to the Constitution.
Salute!

In addition to the 225 individual Sheriffs listed below, there is one Sheriffs Association (Utah) which has publicly stated their opposition to the current Administration’s intended damage to our Constitution. In New Mexico 30 of a total 33 Sheriffs have stood up to oppose any new gun bans from Washington D.C.1. The Utah Sheriffs Association (pdf for letter to President Obama)

We have lost a great lady, patriot, and Oath Keeper. Rest In Peace Judy Rice
Posted by socalpatriot in Uncategorized on July 27, 2012
It is with heartfelt sadness that I pass this message to you…we have lost a great lady, patriot, and Oath Keeper…Judy Rice has left us. Please pray for her and for Bob Green. We love you Judy and Bob. Rest In Peace Judy.
Judy was a huge force in our battle for truth, justice, liberty, and freedom. She and Bob were instrumental in my true awakening and both of them were at our first OC OK meeting and have always been there for us. We will miss Judy greatly.
Please remember to tell those close to you that you love them. And please reach out to Bob in his time of need.
John
Bob sent me this and I pass it on to you.
“It is with deep regret that I announce the passing of Judy Rice; my life partner, the love of my life, a leader in our community, a friend to many, loved by many, The head of Freedom Forum of Orange County, an associate of Oath Keepers, an intuitive, counselor, a listener and much more.
For twenty years she has been an important part of my life. She gave me love, sometimes hell for my behavior and habits, She was an inspiring force in my life, well as that of others.
Nothing has yet been planned until all information has been received.
The Freedom Forum meeting for August is cancelled, but will plan to have one in September to honor her memory. I will keep you abreast of services and other information as I have it.”
With Deepest Regrets
Bob Green

STORY PULLED: Oath Keepers Alert: Federal Agents Demand Customer Lists From Mormon Food Storage Facility
Posted by ocoathkeepers in Uncategorized on December 11, 2011
We have pulled this story about the Mormon cannery being visited by federal agents because the source of the information at the cannery is now denying that he ever told us that event occurred.
From now on, we will NOT post any such story based on what we are told by other people unless, and until, they are willing to go on video or at least on an audio recording with their info. That way, in case someone starts to crumble under the public attention or other pressures, and wants to deny what they told us, we have video or audio proof.
We get all kinds of scary intel, all the time, and we rarely pass it on because we don’t have confirming documentation. In this case, we were relying on a confirmed eye witness who is now denying it. We will not do that again without a recording.
We still welcome such tips, but unless you are willing to go on recorded record, using your name, we will not pass it on to the public, but will instead use it only for our own knowledge and internal analysis among our leadership with the caveat that it is not for public dissemination. Otherwise, we risk having people flake on what they told us, and that makes us look bad. People who send us information often times don’t realize the kind of public attention they may wind up experiencing, or the kinds of pressures they may come under behind the scenes. Another consideration is the real possibility that a person could be threatened with prosecution under the USA PATRIOT ACT of 2001 for making public the fact that they were contacted by Federal agents demanding private records. We need witnesses to be willing to go on recording right up front so they cannot later recant.
We will always respect the privacy and anonymity of sources, as we have done in this case, but will simply not run such stories in the future without video proof AND someone who is willing to be identified in the story. Anonymous tips will be used only for internal analysis.
NO SUCH STORY WILL BE POSTED ON THIS SITE AGAIN WITHOUT VIDEO OR AUDIO OF THE EYE WITNESS(S) SO WE CAN PROVE THEY TOLD IT TO US -No matter how urgent or important the information. As far as we are concerned, without such a recording, we will not consider it a real source, but just scuttlebutt.
Thus, now that we no longer have an eye witness willing to stick with his story, we no longer have a story we feel comfortable having on our site and we have pulled this story so we are not accused of still disseminating it.
Thank you,
Oath Keepers

SPECIAL REPORT: Symptoms of Tyranny, Oathkeepers in Arizona
Producer / Editor: Gary Franchi
Writers: Gary Franchi / Nina Police
Camera: Drew Phillips
An epidemic is sweeping the nation. In this special report, never seen on the mainstream news, we look at the symptoms of tyranny and take you to Arizona where the Oathkeepers converged to march for a fallen Marine. Jose Manuel Guerena was shot 61 times in his home when Pima County SWAT entered to serve a search warrant. You will get an inside look at the Oathkeepers memorial service where Stewart Rhodes and Sheriff Richard Mack spoke of the recent abuses, presented the widow with a plaque, and provided solutions on how you can overcome these symptoms of tyranny.
“I cannot think of a more unreasonable search than one that leaves you dead” – Stewart Rhodes – May 30, 2011

Parents Threatened by TSA Before 6 Year Old was Groped, Girl then Broke Down in Tears

The parents of a six year old girl who was subjected to an enhanced pat-down at the hands of the TSA appeared confused and disturbed in an interview on ABC News’ Good Morning America today as they called for a change in security procedures.
Selena and Dr. Todd Drexel, of Bowling Green, Ky., were thrust into the spotlight this week after a video of their daughter, Anna, being searched at New Orleans Armstrong International Airport went viral on the internet.
The couple said they allowed the video to be uploaded to Youtube in order to gauge other opinions on the incident which they feel was very wrong.
The video (below) shows the child in some distress as she is intimately probed by a stranger while her parents look on powerless.
“Initially she was just confused,” Todd Drexel said. “Afterward she broke down crying because she really didn’t understand what she had done wrong.” he added.
“I did ask for alternatives, I asked for her to be rescanned. They just refused and said they were going to do what they were going to do.” Selena Drexel said, adding that a TSA supervisor made it clear in a non verbal way that “there would be trouble” if the parents “caused a fuss” and refused to allow the pat down to be completed.
Mrs Drexel added that TSA agents did not adequately answer her questions when she asked why her daughter had been selected for a pat-down.

Oath Keepers – Inland Empire
Posted by ocoathkeepers in Uncategorized on March 3, 2011
Now that we officially have an Inland Empire Chapter of Oath Keepers, I’d like to make a personal pledge that no stone will remain unturned, no tree remain unshaken, and no barriers placed preventing our quest to make the Inland Empire a self sufficient and stand alone example of what a single minded group of people can do once formed and put in action.
I have been given assurances by higher powers that, in very short order, the National organization will be providing us with a current roster of all California Oath Keepers residing in the Inland Empire so that we may initiate contact with each of you directly and begin the formation definable and sustaining sub-areas within the Inland Empire.
For clarity, we have loosely defined the Inland Empire as being bounded on the West by Corona/Pomona, on the East by Banning, on the North by Victorville, and on the South by Temecula. ~ Truly a neat package bounded by geographic landmarks and and the entire area easily drivable in less than a day.
If you fall within this boundary and want to get a head start on National, contact Steve Simpson at bjo4s@aol.com or by phone at (951) 788-4024.
Of primary importance will be designating willing leaders in the major population centers and set about building a solid membership core in each of these major areas.
“The difficult we do immediately. The impossible takes a little longer.” ~ Army Engineers
